Susan Schlenger was recently quoted for the article "Love Your Landscape" appearing in Charlottesville House & Home (September 2007), a magazine for interior and exterior home design.

The article discusses reasons for hiring a landscape designer.

"The use of up lighting and down lighting of trees and accent lighting on special features can create a very enchanting vista. It should, however, be used in moderation to create a subtle atmosphere."
